Disappearing Posts

Dear members

Some of us have experienced disappearing posts when replying to topics.

I have been in contact with the Forumotion support folks and they have requested further information:

1. Which device are you using?

2. Which web browser are you using?

Personally, I do not believe that either 1 or 2 are relevant, but the support folks do like to try and blame specific devices and web browsers.

3. Did you press the "Send" button, or the "Preview" button when the post disappeared?

4. At what time did your post disappear?

I think that this last question is the most relevant.
My most recent disappearing post coincided with someone else posting on the same topic at the same time and I think that this may be the actual problem.

Hopefully, we can report a pattern that will give the support folks something to work-on.
