Whole body aches Empty Whole body aches

Post by Amanda Lynne Wed Jun 11, 2014 7:16 am

Hi All
Since we have had such lovely weather I have been in the garden quite a lot, with a bit of sunscreen so I don't burn.
I now wake up every day and everything hurts from my shoulders, arms, hands, fingers, back, hips legs, knees, ankles, feet and toes.
I feel stiff and the joints all ache. It wears off a bit during the day but I'm still uncomfortable.
I think it maybe vit d is causing this.
Any suggestions anyone ?

The exact same thing happens to me Amanda, to the extent that I now limit myself to half an hour first thing in the morning with my first cup of coffee.  It's my favourite time of day anyway sitting in the sun in virtual silence just listening to the early morning birdsong.  I learned my lesson a few weeks ago when we had some lovely sunshine over a bank holiday weekend - I spent most of the Saturday in the garden and most of the rest of the weekend in bed! I have always been a sun lover but sadly it no longer loves me!  It can only be the D pushing up the calcium surely.....?

Hi Jasmine
It seems too much of a coincidence for it to be anything else. I love my cup of tea in the sunshine first thing with just Tazz the cat for company. cat + sunny = Very Happy

Hi Amanda,

I too am suffering from bone pain and achy muscles. My hip bone has been tender, even to lay on in bed and I've suffered with joint pain in my wrists and fingers for what feels like ever! Calf & leg aches and the past few days the bottom of my legs that meet my feet are painful, like I've bruises them but it just comes on out of the blue. Still no diagnosis but just keep plodding along.

Hang on in there xx

Amanda, my whole body aches whether I go out in the sun or not! I went to see my Chiropractor yesterday and he asked me what hurt the most and I didn't know whether to laugh or cry!!!

Love
