Does anyone suffer with constipation, wind and just a feeling of not feeling "light"?
Can't put my finger on it, I just feel like I'm really clogged up and get dull pains from time to time, anyone experience this?

Yes all the time, constipation is one of the main symptoms, I think it is due to being dehydrated.
