Have any of you seen this information about glucose and melatonin?

I thought it was very interesting.  Maybe the melatonin is at least partially responsible for the fact that many of us had or have sleep problems.

Any thoughts?  Exclamation

Have just downloaded this for some light reading, Nancy - plus some other papers from the right hand side column of the page this was on.

Back soon when I've gone through them.

Hope you're having a restful weekend.

Love from Tigerlily xx

Very interesting article, Nancy! I do know for a fact that my cortisol was quite a bit higher before my parathyroid surgery. I am going to find those lab results in a minute here, and I will post them.

I am not sure about my melatonin levels. I don't know if I've ever had any melatonin testing.
