How are you, Jen .....?
Hi Jen
Been thinking about you and wondering how you're doing? Hope you had a good flight home from Tampa and now resting plenty to give your body time to mend and heal, and for yourself to recuperate, both from the surgery and the flight. I know I felt shattered for days after from jet lag!
Take it easy and let us know how you are when you feel up to it.

Re: How are you, Jen .....?
Hi there Amanda and Jasmine. Thanks so much for your kind enquiry:) I've only just found this new area!! I'm feeling much better this end of the day though I've spent most of the day in bed sleeping and only taken one tablet this morning. I'm sure it's the tabs making me feel ghastly and nauseous with no appetite at all. Lunch was beetroot and carrot sticks. Couldn't face anything else.
One absolutely blessed change has been my sleep. It has been transformed, absolutely transformed!! I haven't slept like this for years and years and years. I feel so different simply due to proper sleep. I'm so grateful, and so full of sympathy for all you lovely folk still suffering with the Hpth sleep deprivation, not to mention all the other symptoms too.
I've promised darling hubby that I won't stop the tabs completely for another couple of days. He's worried about my taking so much less than prescribed by Dr N.
Any thoughts, advice etc welcome. I was encouraged by your reply to this Jasmine, and I'm taking your route of cutting down then stopping them.
