Hello Everyone struggling with the problem of tinnitus!

I have just mentioned to Adele that I thought I should also post this in a new topic so no-one misses it.

I found the site www.hushtinnitus.com really useful - and the bells ringing in my left ear are much quieter now than they have ever been since listening to one of this guy's tracks for a while. He is a sound engineer who also suffers from tinnitus who has developed some sound-tracks to listen to, and you can access them for free on-line to try them out.

I eventually bought the track that most corresponded to my problem, but I haven't had to use it more than once yet.

Hope it works for others too.

Love, Tigerlily xx
