Just in case I don't manage to get on here again in time, all the best for Thursday, Tigerlily. 

I know you're starting your 'journey' (oh heck, I said the J word .......) tomorrow, travelling to London and staying overnight in the Hammersmith (which bizarrely is in Shepherds Bush I found out last week) accommodation so you're fresh as a daisy and rearing to go first thing Thursday, so try and chill out and relax m'dear and before you know it you'll be waving to us from the other side    Yay x 3........!

You SO deserve this! You're almost there gal......! Chins up, face forward, quick march to good health!

Tigerlily, I can say that the first symptom of mine to resolve was the IBS. I do hope it will be the same for you. I agree with you, any improvement at all is always a good thing!!
