Hi calling all experts in HPT

Been looking back at some blood tests I had done back in January 2014.

My serum creatinine level were below range at 49 (range 55 to 100).  

Am I right in thinking (maybe I`m getting confused) that if I had had a 24 hour urine check at the same time and it had shown high calcium levels in my urine this would also be another indicator for HPT.
