Just a link to some useful information on bone health - which luckily involves Valentines' Day's traditional gifts!

I'll stick with the Choccies, I'm hoping a sneaky glass of Champers might do as well.

Ohh could do with a glass of red now, woke up to no heating, thankfully we have had a bit of sun and the snow has melted so it has not been too bad.  Nice Boiler man came at lunchtime and our ancient loft pump has died so off he went to source new one.  Made a fire and I have been swaddled up like Michelin Man, he has just been and fitted new one, we have heat!!!  Lucy back in her radiator bed and all is well with the world...........  Lamb casserole for dinner as well.

Ooooo, Sue, nooooooo!

Sorry to hear of the big freeze out your way, but glad it's all sorted and Lucy is not inconvenienced further!

Lamb casserole sounds good to me - should warm all your cockles!

Love and Warm Hugs from Tigerlily (and to Lucy from our cats Tiger and Lily!) xxxx
