Serum inorganic phosphate Empty Serum inorganic phosphate

Hi does anyone know anything about phosphate?  My phosphate has always been below range around 0.7 (0.8 - 1.5) my latest blood results are:

phosphate 0.56 (0.8 - 1.5)
adjusted calcium 2.64 (2.2 - 2.6)
PTH 37 (15-65)
albumin 37 (35 - 50)
Vit D 56 (50 - 144) this is with 2400 units per day

Can be due to many things but the obvious ones are,  hyperparathyroid and vitd deficiency so I would guess those are the likely culprits.

I would think it will be low until your parathyroid prob is fixed. Patient.co.uk has some good info on it.
